The front hall was under renovation so we didn't have breakfast,even tho the staff told us we will have packed breakfast but it ended up just two bars of energy bars and some other snacks , it's okay ! I liked they have coffee in the front ready ! The swimming pool and hot tub was closed due to Covid that kind sad , I would really enjoy hot tub after long drive! The noise installation between rooms seems not very good , we can clearly hear ppl's conversation and laughing, that was annoying, luckily ,our neighbor was quite during bed time,or I was too tired from driving so I didn't hear the noise! But I liked the big parking lot that was convenient for parking ! The room was clean and didn't have wired smell that's good !

The staff was very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the location was accessible and in a good area with nearby restaurants and plenty of shopping. There were covid restrictions that made my stay less than I expected, for example breakfast was a brown bag with fruit and yogurt, and the hot tub and pool were closed. The reason I wanted to stay there was to use the hot tub and indoor pool so I was disappointed. It wasn't their fault they were forced to close those facilities, so I rated it high regardless.

We loved the service we received at breakfast from hostess/server, Africa. She was wonderful when we visited this hotel in June and she still gave us outstanding service this time in December. She engaged with us and was very helpful with any questions we had about anything. She was also really friendly with my 1 yr old nephew who smiled and laughed with her. She is a great asset to the company and we hope she is there when we visit the next time.

the staff was amazing! Miss. Yolanda, Miss. Samantha, Miss. Gigi, and Miss. Africa not only made sure that our stay was happy and comfortable but looked out for the safety of myself and my daughter, as I am a single mother and we were traveling alone. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring and I could not have asked for a better experience!

They had no knowledge of my reservation although Booking.com had me as confirmed. It could have been a disaster if they didn't help me and find me two rooms. We were there for a family event.
